Warner Robins, GA – Nathan Newton Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Carl Vinson Pkwy
Warner Robins, GA (December 9, 2022) – A man was killed in a motorcycle crash that took place at an intersection in Warner Robins on Thursday night, December 8.
According to Warner Robins Police, the accident happened around 10 p.m. at the intersection of Carl Vinson Parkway and Elberta Road. A motorcyclist was traveling south on the highway when they were involved in a collision with a passenger vehicle that was making a left turn at the intersection. The motorcyclist was allegedly thrown from their vehicle.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other Warner Robins responders were called to the scene to help those in need. The driver of the motorcycle, identified as 20-year-old Nathan Newton, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene of the collision. The condition of the other involved parties is not yet known.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for an extended period of time. Police worked to clear the scene as quickly as possible.
