Warner Robins, GA – Man Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Watson Blvd
Warner Robins, GA (September 19, 2022) – A man was killed in a fatal pedestrian accident that took place in Warner Robins on Sunday night, September 18.
According to Warner Robins Police Department officials, the accident happened at 9 p.m. on 2010 Watson Boulevard. A pedestrian male was walking in the area when he was suddenly struck by a Kia Sorento that was traveling in the area. It is believed that the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
Several local responders, including paramedics and fire crews in Warner Robins, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. The pedestrian was rushed to Houston Medical Center with severe trauma. Unfortunately, he was tragically pronounced dead after arriving.
Due to the severity of the accident, a large portion of the road was blocked in the area for some time. This led to delays until the scene was cleared.
