Walnut Grove, GA – Car Accident at Walnut Grove Pkwy & Leone Ave
Walnut Grove, GA (July 6, 2021) – At 3:54 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, July 6, a serious car accident with injuries occurred in Walnut Grove.
According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened at the intersection of Walnut Grove Parkway and Leone Avenue. Three vehicles allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, which caused them to forcefully collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured as a result of the crash. The victim’s conditions are not yet known.
The intersection was blocked in the area for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues at this time.
