Union City, GA – Tractor-Trailer Crash with Injuries on I-285
Union City, GA (May 25, 2021) – At 7 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, May 25, a tractor-trailer crash with injuries occurred in Union City.
According to authorities, the accident happened on I-285 around the area of Flat Shoals Road. A tractor-trailer was traveling in the area when it struck a passenger vehicle. The vehicle was struck in the side by the truck and received extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries.
The road was blocked in two right lanes for an extended period of time.
