Union City, GA – Multi-Vehicle Collision Leads to Injuries on I-85
Union City, GA (April 17, 2021) – At 2:27 p.m. on Saturday, April 17, a multi-vehicle collision took place on a roadway in Union City.
According to officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-85 around the area of Flat Shoals Road. Two or more vehicles collided in the area, sustaining severe damages as a result of the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in two left lanes, which led to delays for a period of time.
