Trion, GA – Motorcycle Crash at Mtn View Rd & GA-27 Intersection
Trion, GA (September 5, 2021) – On Sunday evening, September 5, a motorcycle crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Trion.
According to Chattooga County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Mountain View Road and GA-27. Two motorcycles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding head-on with each other. The vehicles were extensively damaged due to the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One or more victims on the motorcycles were injured as a result. Their conditions were serious in nature when they were taken to the hospital.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time.
