Suwanee, GA – Car Crash at Satellite Blvd & Smithtown Rd Intersection
Suwanee, GA (September 25, 2021) – At 8:24 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, September 25, a serious car crash with injuries occurred in Suwanee.
According to Gwinnett County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Satellite Boulevard and Smithtown Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, causing them to forcefully collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The intersection was blocked until police were able to fully clear the scene.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the accident remains ongoing.
