Summerville, GA – Rollover Accident with Injuries on Rocky Hollow Rd
Summerville, GA (July 7, 2021) – At 11:36 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, July 7, a rollover accident with injuries occurred in Summerville.
According to Chattooga County officials, the accident happened at 209 Rocky Hollow Road. A vehicle was traveling in the area when the driver suddenly lost control, causing their vehicle to overturn. The vehicle was severely damaged as a result of the crash. It is believed that the driver lost control of their vehicle due to wet roadways.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured and hospitalized. Their injuries were thought to have been minor in nature.
Due to the severity of the crash, the roadway was completely blocked in the area for some time.
