Car Accidents in Georgia
Hundreds of thousands of car accidents happen every single year in the state of Georgia. In just one recent year’s time, it is estimated that approximately 116,000 people were injured in car accidents throughout the state due to the reckless acts of others. These accidents take on many different forms but rollovers are some of the most severe. In one recent year’s time, over 2% of car accidents were deemed rollover accidents. These collisions lead to severe harm and cause injuries to those involved. The unfortunate truth is that many rollover accidents can be prevented but continue to occur due to the reckless acts of others. If you can show that another party is to blame for your collision, you can be successful as you move forward with an injury claim. It is crucial that you have a dedicated legal advocate on your side at this time.
Being injured in a Georgia car accident might be one of the most devastating things that you have ever endured. Those who have suffered injuries in a rollover accident will typically have questions that they cannot answer on their own. For instance, what types of deadlines will you be required to meet when it comes to moving forward with your claim? What should you say when you speak with the insurance company for the first time after an accident? Will your claim be settled or will it make it all the way to trial? These are questions that you can answer when you speak with a Georgia personal injury attorney.
