Stonecrest, GA – Two Injured in Business Fire at Turner Hill Rd
Stonecrest, GA (July 11, 2021) – On Saturday night, July 10, a serious business fire took place in Stonecrest that injured two people.
According to the DeKalb County Fire Department, the accident happened at 2929 Turner Hill Road. When fire crews arrived at the business, they found smoke coming out of the location. They found that the fire started in the kitchen area and was able to quickly get it under control.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately called to the scene. Two people in either the business or the above second story received smoke inhalation injuries caused by the fire. They were not taken to the hospital but were treated at the scene.
The area was blocked off until the fire was completely under control.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident continues.
