Stone Mtn, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at GA-78 & E Park Place Blvd
Stone Mountain, GA (October 13, 2021) – At 7:14 p.m. on the evening of Wednesday, October 13, a car crash with injuries occurred in Stone Mountain.
According to Gwinnett County Police, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-78 and East Park Place. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the accident. Their conditions are not known at this time.
The roadway was blocked in one or more lanes at the scene of the intersection collision. This led to delays for a period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
