Stockbridge, GA – Three-Vehicle Crash with Injuries on GA-138
Stockbridge, GA (May 22, 2021) – At 7:10 a.m. on Thursday morning, May 20, a three-vehicle crash with injuries occurred on a roadway in Stockbridge.
According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred on A-138 in front of the Guthrie Cemetery. Three vehicles were traveling in the area when they forcefully collided due to reasons that are not fully known. The vehicles were all extensively damaged.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized as a result of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked for an extended period of time as police cleared the scene.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
