Stockbridge, GA – Car Accident on I-75 Near Hudson Bridge Rd
Stockbridge, GA (August 22, 2021) – At 8:24 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, August 22, a car accident with injuries occurred on a highway in Stockbridge.
According to officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Hudson Bridge Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged and had to be removed from the scene by tow trucks.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were injured in the crash. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The center lane of traffic was blocked in the area for a period of time, which led to extensive delays.
