Snellville, GA – Car Accident at Centerville Hwy & Johnson Dr
Snellville, GA (July 14, 2021) – At 3:50 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 14, a car accident with injuries occurred in Snellville.
According to Gwinnett County Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Centerville Highway and Johnson Drive. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the crash were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were seriously injured due to the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the crash, all lanes of traffic were temporarily blocked until police were able to clear the scene.
