Silver Creek, GA (November 27, 2021) – On Saturday, November 27, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Silver Creek.
According to Floyd County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and Rockmart Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding forcefully with each other. The vehicles were left with extensive damages as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured in the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time. This led to delays until the scene was cleared.
