Savannah, GA – Injury Accident Involving Multiple Vehicles on Stephenson Ave
Savannah, GA (September 4, 2022) – Several parties sustained injuries as a result of a car accident that took place on a roadway in Savannah on Saturday night, September 3.
Savannah Police Department officials confirmed that the accident happened during the night hours on Stephenson Avenue. It was reported that several vehicles were traveling in the area when they became involved in a collision with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The involved vehicles sustained severe damage as a result of the accident and had to be towed from the scene.
Several responders, including Savannah fire crews and paramedics, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. It was reported that two or more parties were hurt as a result of the collision. The injured parties were immediately hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area from Hodgson Memorial Drive to Waters Avenue. Police worked to clear the scene as quickly as possible.
