Sandy Springs, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on GA-400 Near Northridge Rd
Sandy Springs, GA (July 30, 2021) – At 8:32 a.m. on the morning of Friday, July 30, a multi-vehicle crash with injuries occurred in Sandy Springs.
According to police, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of GA-400 around the area of exit 6, Northridge Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to unknown reasons. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police cleared the scene.
