Sandy Springs, GA (June 5, 2021) – At 9:34 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, June 5, a car crash with injuries occurred on a highway in Sandy Springs.

According to Fulton County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of GA-400 around the area of Northridge Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they suddenly collided due to reasons that are not yet known. This led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

The right lane of traffic was blocked in the area for a period of time.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
