Sandy Springs, GA – Car Crash at Roswell Rd & Mt Paran Rd Intersection
Sandy Springs, GA (August 2, 2021) – At 11 a.m. on Monday, August 2, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Sandy Springs.
According to officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Roswell Road and Mt. Paran Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, crashing into one another. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more victims, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Their conditions are not yet known.
Multiple lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police quickly worked to clear the roadway.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
