Rossville, GA – Woman Injured in Domestic Pedestrian Accident on W Gordon Ave
Rossville, GA (December 2, 2021) – At 10:25 p.m. on the night of Tuesday, December 1, a woman was injured in a pedestrian accident in Rossville.
According to Walker County officials, the accident happened on West Gordon Avenue. A woman was involved in an argument that turned into a domestic violence incident. During the incident, she was struck by the suspect’s pickup truck. It is not known if the suspect remained at the scene of the incident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. The pedestrian female, who has not yet been identified, had injuries all over her body as a result of the accident. She was rushed to the hospital but her current condition is not yet known.
Due to the severity of the accident, the roadway was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
