Rossville, GA – Two-Vehicle Crash with Injuries at GA-2 & Happy Valley Rd
Rossville, GA (April 6, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash that took place at a Rossville intersection on Wednesday afternoon, April 6.
According to Walker County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-2 and Happy Valley Road. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident sustained heavy damages as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. Several victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time. Police also said that the red light was malfunctioning in the area and to avoid the area until it was fixed.
