Rome, GA – Pedestrian Accident Leads to Charges on Elizabeth St
Rome, GA (April 12, 2021) – This past week, a woman was arrested on charges following a pedestrian accident in Rome.
According to police, the crash took place when a woman used her vehicle to intentionally strike three people at a home on Elizabeth Street. At the time of the accident, there was a child inside her vehicle.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
The 31-year-old female driver who was responsible for the accident was charged with aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, simple battery, and more.
