Rocky Face, GA – Two-Vehicle Crash at GA-201 & Houston Valley Rd
Rocky Face, GA (October 19, 2021) – At 7:40 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, October 19, a two-vehicle crash with injuries occurred in Rocky Face.
According to Whitfield County officials, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-201 and Houston Valley Road. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for a period of time as police worked to clear the scene.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
