Rising Fawn, GA – Car Accident at GA-136 & Wild Acres Ln Leads to Injuries
Rising Fawn, GA (July 7, 2021) – At 1:15 p.m. on the afternoon of Wednesday, July 7, a car accident with injuries occurred in Rising Fawn.
According to Dade County authorities, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-136 and Wild Acres Lane. A vehicle was traveling in the area when the driver lost control, crashing off the side of the road. The vehicle rolled over and sustained severe damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene. Fire crews rescued one or more victims from inside the vehicle, as they became trapped. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for an extended period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
