Ringgold, GA – Injuries Reported in Rollover Accident in SB Lanes of I-75
Ringgold, GA (December 21, 2021) – At 9:48 p.m. on the night of Tuesday, December 21, a rollover accident occurred in Ringgold.
According to Catoosa County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of mile marker 346. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. One of the vehicles immediately rolled over in traffic. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Their identities and conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in multiple lanes for some time until police were able to clear the scene.
