Ranger, GA – Serious Injuries Reported in Car Accident on US-411
Ranger, GA (September 3, 2021) – At 7 p.m. on the evening of Friday, September 3, a car accident happened on a highway in Ranger.
According to Gordon County officials, the accident happened on US-411. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when one lost control, causing a collision. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result. They were towed from the scene due to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene. Several people were seriously injured in the accident. A medical helicopter was on the scene and transported multiple victims to the hospital.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the highway for an extended period of time until police were able to clear the scene.
