Norcross, GA – Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-85 Near Indian Trail Rd
Norcross, GA (April 10, 2021) – At 4:10 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, April 9, a multi-vehicle collision with injuries occurred on a major highway.
According to Gwinnett County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-85 around the area of Indian Trail Road. Multiple vehicles collided with each other in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries.
The left shoulder of traffic was blocked for a period of time, which added to delays in the area.
The investigation into the circumstances of the accident continues.
