Chatsworth, GA – Two-Vehicle Crash with Injuries at GA-411 & Duvall Rd
Chatsworth, GA (August 30, 2022) – Around 9 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, August 30, injuries stemmed from a serious car accident at an intersection in Chatsworth.
Police in the area were immediately called to the scene in the early morning hours where they discovered that two vehicles collided at the intersection of GA-411 and Duvall Road. Though the exact circumstances of the crash have not yet been revealed, two vehicles entered the intersection at the same time and collided with each other. It is believed that one of the vehicles went through a red light or stop sign without stopping. The vehicles involved in the crash sustained damages in the crash.
Local responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were called to the scene to help those with injuries. Paramedics assisted those injured in the accident at the scene and rushed the victims to the hospital. The victim’s conditions are not known at this time.
Due to the severity of the collision, a large portion of the road was blocked in the area. Police cleared the scene as quickly as possible.
