Augusta, GA – Injury Accident at Robert C Daniel Pkwy & Walton Way
Augusta, GA (August 19, 2022) – Injuries stemmed from a serious car accident that took place at an intersection in Augusta on Friday afternoon, August 19.
According to Richmond County Sheriff’s Office deputies, the accident happened at 12:15 p.m. at the intersection of Robert C. Daniel Parkway and Walton Way. Police confirmed that a white sedan and a pickup truck were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time and collided with each other. The white sedan sustained front-end damage to its passenger side.
Several local responders were immediately called to the scene to help those in need. One or more parties sustained injuries in the accident and were rushed to local hospitals for treatment. Their identities and conditions are not known at this time.
