Atlanta, GA – Truck Accident on I-285 Near Ashford Dunwoody Rd
Atlanta, GA (December 16, 2021) – At 1:23 p.m. on the afternoon of Thursday, December 16, a truck accident with injuries occurred in Atlanta.
According to officials, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-285 around the area of Ashford Dunwoody Road. A truck was traveling in the area when it collided with one or more vehicles in the area. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained serious injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
