Morrow, GA (May 15, 2021) – At 8:22 a.m. on the morning of Saturday, May 15, a multi-vehicle collision occurred in Morrow.

According to Clayton County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Mt. Zion Boulevard. Several vehicles were driving in the area when they collided with each other on the highway.

Paramedics and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. One or more injured victims were rushed to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

Due to the severity of the crash, most lanes of traffic were blocked for some time. This led to delays in the area until police cleared the scene.

No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
