Pedestrian Accidents in Georgia

6/7 Monroe, GA – Child Struck by Vehicle in Pedestrian Accident on E Spring St Pedestrian accidents are some of the most catastrophic accidents on our roads due to the fact that pedestrians have no protection from harm in the event of an accident. This is especially true when children are involved in these accidents, who do not always understand the dangers of the roads around them. In 2018 alone, it was reported that approximately 260 pedestrians lost their lives and many others were seriously injured. If you have suffered immense losses due to a pedestrian accident, you should be prepared to speak with an attorney that you can trust.

Due to the nature of pedestrian accidents and the fact that they cause severe injuries, it is important to have an attorney on your side following one of these collisions. An attorney will be able to answer any questions that you have as you move forward. For instance, what types of evidence will you need to prove that another party is at fault for your accident? What deadlines will you have to abide by in your case? What should you say when you speak with the insurance company for the first time? These are questions that you can answer with the help of a Georgia personal injury attorney.
