Milledgeville, GA – Three-Vehicle Crash at Hammock Rd & N Columbia St
Milledgeville, GA (May 25, 2021) – At 5:15 p.m. on Sunday night, May 23, a three-vehicle crash with injuries took place at a Milledgeville intersection.
According to police, the accident involved a Cadillac CTS, a Dodge Ram, and a Toyota RAV4 and took place at the intersection of Hammock Road and North Columbia Street. The Cadillac was traveling south in the left lane on North Columbia when the driver of the Dodge Ram entered the intersection. When it entered the intersection, it struck both the Cadillac and the RAV4 forcefully.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene. All three drivers, as well as a passenger, were injured in the accident. The parties were identified as a 46-year-old man, a 72-year-old man, a 40-year-old man, and a 61-year-old man.
The roadway was blocked at the intersection for a period of time.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
