McDonough, GA – Truck Accident Causing Injuries Reported on I-75 at SR 120
McDonough, GA (May 26, 2021) – At 9:00 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, May 26, a serious tractor-trailer collision with injuries occurred in McDonough.
According to officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of State Route 120. A tractor-trailer was traveling in the area when it was involved in a collision with at least one passenger vehicle.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
All lanes of traffic on the highway were entirely blocked for several hours.
No further details have been released but the investigation continues.
