McDonough, GA – Tractor-Trailer Collision with Injuries on I-75
McDonough, GA (December 6, 2021) – At 5:55 p.m. on the evening of Monday, December 6, a tractor-trailer collision took place on a highway in McDonough.
According to Henry County officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of mile marker 218. Two tractor-trailers were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The trucks sustained heavy damages as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
