McDonough, GA – Rollover Accident with Injuries in SB Lanes of I-75
McDonough, GA (May 4, 2021) – Around 11:12 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, May 4, a rollover accident took place on a highway in McDonough.
According to Henry County officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Jonesboro Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they were involved in a forceful collision with each other. The accident led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics and numerous other local responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the southbound lanes of traffic for an extended period of time.
