Marietta, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-75 Near Delk Rd
Marietta, GA (May 5, 2021) – At 5 p.m. on the evening of Wednesday, May 5, a multi-vehicle crash took place on a highway in Marietta.
According to authorities, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Delk Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other in the area, which led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
The roadway was blocked in two left lanes for a period of time, which led to delays.
