Marietta, GA (April 23, 2021) – Around 7 a.m. on the morning of Friday, April 23, a motorcycle accident took place on a highway in Marietta.

According to officials, the accident happened in the northbound lanes of I-75 around the area of the North Marietta Parkway. Few details have been released but it is believed that a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle collided in the area. This led to extensive damages.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized as a result of their injuries.

The accident blocked several left lanes until police cleared the scene.
