Marietta, GA – Car Crash at Powers Ferry Rd & Terrell Mill Rd Intersection
Marietta, GA (August 15, 2021) – At 7:44 a.m. on the morning of Sunday, August 15, a car crash with injuries occurred in Marietta.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Powers Ferry Road and Terrell Mill Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they suddenly collided with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result of the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. Their conditions are not yet known.
Multiple lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for some time, which led to extensive delays.
No further details have been released but the investigation remains ongoing.
