Marietta, GA – Car Crash at Delk Rd & Bentley Rd Intersection
Marietta, GA (October 12, 2021) – At 2:36 p.m. on the afternoon of Tuesday, October 12, a car crash with injuries occurred in Marietta.
According to Atlanta officials, the accident happened at the intersection of Delk Road and Bentley Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the collision. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Multiple lanes of traffic were closed in the area for a period of time. This led to delays until police cleared the scene.
