Macon, GA – Truck Accident with Injuries on I-75 Near Arkwright Rd
Macon, GA (May 13, 2022) – On Friday morning, May 13, a truck accident with injuries occurred on a highway in Macon.
Macon officials confirmed that the accident happened around 11 a.m. in the southbound lanes of I-75 around the area of Arkwright Road. A tractor-trailer was traveling in the area when it collided with a Chevrolet Tahoe due to reasons that are not fully known. The Chevrolet sustained severe damages as a result of the accident.
Local emergency crews, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims inside the Chevrolet sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The parties were treated at the scene and then rushed to local hospitals for further treatment.
