Mableton, GA – Crash with Injuries at Veterans Memorial Hwy & Brookside Village Pkwy
Mableton, GA (December 20, 2021) – At 6:55 a.m. on the morning of Monday, December 20, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Mableton.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Veterans Memorial Highway and Brookside Village Parkway. Two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
Due to the severity of the accident, a portion of the roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
