Mableton, GA – Car Crash with Injuries at Factory Shoals Rd & S Gordon Rd
Mableton, GA (July 29, 2021) – Before 7 a.m. on Thursday morning, July 29, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Mableton.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Factory Shoals Road and South Gordon Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other, causing one of the vehicles to overturn. The vehicles involved in the crash were extensively damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection, which led to delays.
