Mableton, GA – Car Crash at Floyd Rd & Nickajack Rd Intersection
Mableton, GA (September 13, 2021) – At 5 a.m. on the morning of Monday, September 13, a car crash with injuries occurred at an intersection in Mableton.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Floyd Road and Nickajack Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. This caused the vehicles to forcefully collide with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. Several people were seriously injured in the collision. Their conditions are not yet known but the parties were hospitalized.
The roadway was blocked in the area of the intersection for some time. This led to delays until police cleared the scene.
