Lithonia, GA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-20 Near Evans Mill Rd
Lithonia, GA (April 29, 2021) – At 8 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, April 29, a multi-vehicle crash took place on a highway in Lithonia.
According to police, the accident happened in the westbound lanes of I-20 around the area of Evans Mill Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they became involved in a collision that led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in a variety of lanes, which led to delays until police cleared the scene.
