Lithia Springs, GA (June 6, 2021) – At 7:24 a.m. on Sunday morning, June 6, a car accident with injuries occurred in Lithia Springs.
According to authorities, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-20 around the area of Thornton Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other. This led to extensive damages.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were hospitalized with injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
The left lane of traffic was blocked in the area for an extended period of time.
