Lawrenceville, GA – Car Accident in EB Lanes of Ronald Reagan Pkwy
Lawrenceville, GA (June 12, 2021) – At 6:17 p.m. on the evening of Friday, June 11, a car accident with injuries occurred in Lawrenceville.
According to Gwinnett County officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of Ronald Reagan Parkway around the area of Oak Road. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they suddenly collided due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were left with extensive damages as a result of the crash.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were injured as a result of the crash. The injured victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
One lane of traffic was blocked in the area for an extended period of time. Police urged those traveling in the area to use Sugarloaf Parkway.
The investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
