Lawrenceville, GA – Car Accident at Intersection of W Pike St & Gordon St
Lawrenceville, GA (July 12, 2021) – At 6:13 a.m. on the morning of Monday, July 12, a car accident with injuries occurred in Lawrenceville.
According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of West Pike Street and Gordon Street. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time. The vehicles involved in the crash were badly damaged and removed from the scene by tow trucks.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
Multiple lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for an extended period of time as police cleared the scene.
