Lawrenceville, GA – Car Accident at GA-316 & Progress Center Ave Intersection
Lawrenceville, GA (May 10, 2021) – Around 7:30 a.m. on the morning of Monday, May 10, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Lawrenceville.
According to the Gwinnett Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of GA-316 and Progress Center Avenue. Two or more vehicles collided after entering the intersection at the same time. This led to extensive damages to the involved vehicles.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in the area for a period of time, which led to delays.
