Lawrenceville, GA – Car Accident at Cruse Rd & Old Norcross Rd Intersection
Lawrenceville, GA (July 28, 2021) – At 8:20 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, July 28, a car accident with injuries occurred at a Lawrenceville intersection.
According to Atlanta Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Cruse Road and Old Norcross Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they were involved in a forceful chain-reaction collision. The vehicles involved were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were rushed to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
Multiple lanes of traffic were blocked in the area for a period of time as police cleared the scene.
